Your project must be at least 600 words in length (or, if you are creating a sketchbook, please consult with teacher for amount of work required). There is no maximum length.

Week 1: Day 1: Begin webquest. You should have:

finished reading from all the pages listed in the navigation bar on the left (Home, Introduction, Task, etc.)

bullet

listened to Eisenhower's message

bullet

started looking at the Navy artist pictures

bullet

Week 1: Day 2: Continue working on webquest. You should:

continue looking at Navy artist pictures

bullet

have your inspiration picture selected by the end of day

bullet

Week 1: Day 3: Continue working on webquest. You should:
bullet

select the basic details of your characters, using your worksheet.

bullet

use search engines to start reading first-hand accounts of D-Day.

bullet

Week 1: Day 4: You should have:
bullet

started your draft and by end of day be well on your way with your narrative.

bullet

Revise and correct draft as necessary.

bullet

Continue researching and completing your worksheet.

bullet

Week 1: Day 5: Continue working, at end of class, turn in your draft with cover sheet and your completed worksheet. Remember, spelling counts!

During next week, your draft will be returned to you with comments and suggested revisions and corrections. Work on your own to make revisions.

End of Week Two: Final draft is due. Begin individual presentations.
